Here's a still from the movie that shows Kristen Stewart's hair wavy down teh back and long. It's is an auburn color (make sure to tell your stylist that if you're trying to get her color, dont' say red or brown or you won't get the right look). You can go darker or lighter auburn depending on your taste.

If you dont' have naturally curly hair, then this look can be achieved with a curling iron, probably about 2" in diameter. Just a lot of curling the hair up around the iron then spritzing it with hairspray and letting it go. You can finger through the curls to make them look more natural.
